I had the pleasure of working with Willy as director of RAMS Hire-Ability.  He came to us with a vast amount of experience in law but was humble about it and was determined to shift his career towards learning all he could about mental health and job development. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he learned how to place people with mental health disabilities into jobs. He was able to communicate with business owners and our clients in an honest and caring way. His open and honest approach towards working with people earned respect among his clients, staff, families, treatment providers and employers. His was passionate and sincere about helping those that were less fortunate and it reflected in his enthusiastic approach to his work. Willy was also an ultimate team player and went out of his way to help others on the staff. He would train and guide other staff members and encourage them with his positivity and humor. And on special occasions, he would treat the entire staff to his special and delicious steamed crab!
I will miss you, Willy and thank you for all the work you did to help others and it was an honor to work with you.
